1. Membership Overview
The Anti-Wrinkle Membership Plan (“Membership”) is a monthly subscription offered by The Wellness and Skin Clinic, designed to provide clients with ongoing aesthetic treatment and exclusive member benefits.
2. Eligibility
- Clients must be aged 18 or over.
- All treatments are subject to medical consultation and suitability assessment.
- The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed not clinically appropriate.
3. Monthly Membership Payments
- Essential plan - £42 per month membership fee for 2 areas via recurring payment.
- Signature plan - £48 per month membership fee for 3 areas via recurring payment.
- Payments will be automatically collected on the same date each month.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Monthly Membership Minimum Term
- The Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months.
- Early cancellation before the minimum term will incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance.
- A qualifying period of 3 consecutive monthly payments applies before any treatment can be redeemed under the Membership.
5. Monthly Membership Treatments & Benefits
- Members are entitled to:
- Anti-wrinkle treatment every 6 months
- Review appointments (if clinically required)
- One complimentary Microneedling session every 12 months, subject to clinical suitability
- 10% discount on additional treatments/products
- Treatments cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of that treatment entitlement.
7. Rollover Policy
- Unused treatments do not roll over unless agreed.
- The Clinic is not responsible for unused benefits.
8. Medical Disclaimer
- All anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription-only and administered following a consultation.
- Results may vary between individuals.
- No guarantee is provided regarding specific outcomes.
9. Freezing Membership
- Membership may be paused for a maximum of 6 months in a 12-month period due to medical or exceptional circumstances, at the Clinic’s discretion.
10. Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy
- After the minimum term, members may cancel by providing 30 days written notice.
- The Clinic reserves the right to cancel membership at any time for:
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Non-payment
- Medical unsuitability
11. Monthly Membership Price Changes
- The Clinic reserves the right to amend pricing with at least 30 days notice.
- Continued membership after this notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
12. Liability
- The Clinic will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Data Protection
- Client information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Clinic’s Privacy Policy.
14. Amendments
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
